God's existence can neither be proven nor disproven by means of logic. Therefore let us suppose  first that God does not exist and work the consequences of such an axiom out to their fullest. Next let us suppose that God does exist and do the same. Finally, let us take as true the supposition that yields the most beautiful consequences.
